Your restaurant website, set up for free
Send us your logo, photos, a few lines about your restaurant and your menu. We set up the site for you. After that you change everything yourself in MEVARIA, at any time.
Your restaurant at first glance: a large cover photo and a few lines about your place and your cooking.
Booking sits right in the middle of the page. Your guests only see times when there really is room.
Entered on the page, as a PDF or image, as a link or live from your MEVARIA POS. Change a price there and it is right on the website too.
Your photos of the dining room, terrace and dishes, uploaded by you at any time.
With map, address and phone number. Closing days from your reservations apply automatically.
Regulars see their reservations and their points and cancel themselves if needed.
For example www.your-restaurant.com. You add a verification record at your domain provider, MEVARIA checks it and sets up the security certificate.
Your mandatory details are in the footer. Without them the site does not go online at all.
Fast pages and structured data for search engines. We add your booking page to your Google Business Profile so guests reach you straight from Google. Already have a website? Then embed booking as a widget.

For your guests
- Booking without a guest account or app, in German and English
- The chosen time is held for a few minutes while the guest types
- A request field, for example for allergies or a high chair

- Fully booked: online waiting list, large groups can send a request

Switch from your current system
Export your reservations from your current system as a CSV file and import them into MEVARIA. You see a preview first, and the import can be undone. Upcoming reservations and guests are there right away.
Then replace the widget on your website with the MEVARIA code.

What does the restaurant website cost?
Nothing extra. It is part of table reservations, and we set it up for free. For your own domain you only pay your domain provider.
I already have a website. Do I need the restaurant website?
No. Embed booking as a widget in your website or use the booking link, for example on Google or Instagram.
What happens after the free period?
After that, table reservations continue with a minimum term of 12 months. You get an invoice by email every month. You can cancel with three months' notice to the end of the term, also directly in your account.
What can table reservations not do yet?
Deposits and no-show fees are not available yet. Guests cannot move the date or time themselves; they cancel and book again. Guest pages are available in German and English.
Where is my guests' data stored?
In data centres in the EU. You sign a data processing agreement with us.
